“ This has been by far my favorite Steakhouse! Our server, Matt, was amazing! The food here is always delicious! I love vintage and antiques, and the atmosphere is exactly that. Thank you once again for an amazing dinner. We came to celebrate my birthday, my husbands, Valentines Day, and our wedding anniversary they arrived all within a three week period. You guys never disappoint. We waited around 15 minutes on a Friday evening, and the place was busy. This is the place to go to for steak. Even a driver over an hour is always worth it! We came from UT County. ”
“ AMAZING! One of the best, if not THE BEST steak house we have been to. The wait staff was absolutely wonderful. We had the Prime Rib, Hamburger Steakthe miner, and Filet Minion wShrimp. Highly recommend all of them. ”
“ Fun family destination! Lobby is large and has three or four bathtubs with fun items as centerpieces fun just looking at everything they have collected over the years! Food was good especially for the price. We all got steaks and for a party of 5 we got out for around 150 including tip. The timber cookie delight was excellent and my steak was cooked perfectly. Not a ton of options but what they do have they do well. ”
“ First time trying this place. My friend I ordered rib eye steak the Miner which is ground beef steak topped with mushrooms onions. We both enjoyed our dinner very much. The rib eye was cooked perfectly and the miner dish was yummy . The mushrooms onions on top of the ground steak were sauteed perfectly with the right amount of seasonings. You also get some bread with your dinner. I also had a glass of Pinot noir which paired perfectly with my dinner . Servers were very nice attentive. The atmosphere was pretty cool , lots of decorations it looks like you are in a mine. I like their parking too . Plenty of space . ”
“ Not your typical steakhouse, this minethemed restaurant is an experience to be had for the whole family. The cocktails were delicious and the steaks were massive. Be sure to bring your appetite. ”
“ This place is SO fascinating! While waiting for a table they have you sit in the lobby with couches and a fireplace. There is bathtubs full of old pez dispensers. Tons of things on the wall. Endless entertainment until your table is ready. The menu is small. This is a STEAKHOUSE. Not a Texas Roadhouse, they have not many items but theyre fantastic at all of it. Not one dish disappointed. From the fish to the chicken and steak, and even the fried mushrooms were fantastic! The table sections are built to look like mineshafts, very unique. The bar was pretty cool, though we did not have any drinks. Their is quite the selection on their menu, watch the prices though. The wall of the bar is filled with all sorts of little alcohols. Bartender was nice and didnt mind me getting a photo. This was on 31225. I had the BBQ Chicken. It was so soft and well seasoned. The BBQ sauce made me think of sweet baby rays. The fries are so good too, my favorite kind of fries. They also have a craft root beer instead of name brand and that was really good. Our servers name was Maizie, she did a fantastic job taking care of us. Brought all the extra sauces and things here and there without hesitation. She was always on top of our drinks as well. She stayed very kind with us even though we were there like 45 min after they closed. She was awesome! Id recommend it! At least once, but they are pricey for a reason, very good food and staff. Solid 55! ”
“ Enjoyed the prime rib cooked to medium. Ribeye was great too. Fun experience with good steaks and kind service. The ranch dressing for the salad was great. The molten cake dessert was better than the mud pie. New York had his flavor too. The prospector ribeye has the best char and flavor. The gold rush filet mignon was my favorite overall. ”
“ Now not very often do I leave less than stellar reviews but I feel like this will be a learning one. First of all the young lady serving us was a great server and very attentive. However it was our daughters birthday and as she goes to Utah State and we live in Idaho its nice to visit with her when we see her and have a lot to catch up on. Hence the reason we told the server that we wasnt in a hurry and wanted to just enjoy our visit. While I know they are there to make money it shouldnt feel like your rushed either. And thats what we felt like. I am probably one of the best tippers in the world when I get what I need and want. And would have made sure she would have been compensated for anything she may have lost for us being there. Now to the rest of the story. The food was awesome and hot when it came out. The bartender did a great job of making our drinks and just the way we ordered them. Most of all my daughter had a smile. Again the service was outstanding it was the delivery that made it not so pleasant. Like we was just a number and our number was up. Love the building and the decor its a staple in the community. ”
